"Alef-Vinal" company has created an advertising agency that serves its needs within this department. The department deals with developing strategies of promoting trade marks using modern marketing communications.

The Department deals with distributors, who are in their turn helped by regional groups. Main objectives of regional representatives of the company are helping promote the products and control responsibilities of distribution net.

The main direction of the Department's work is creating a stable scheme of moving goods from the producer to customers. The most important mechanism for reaching the goals is company support of products at all levels, including retail net.
