"Starokrymskiy" wine-making enterprise was founded in October, 20, 2000 when it was privatized by the company and became a public corporation.

The enterprise specializes in producing and processing of grapes. The total territory of the enterprise is 1128,8 hectares, including 900 hectares of vineyards.

The enterprise also owns a primary wine-making plant. To improve quality of wine materials the following reconstruction processes were held in 2003-2005

• modern equipment was purchased;
• a site for technical tanks was organized;
• major repairs of production premises was held.

To plant and grow vineyards the enterprise bought:

• 17 tractors;
• 54 agriculture machines;
• 13 cars;
• 5 buses for personnel.

2005-2010 wine-making planning:

• planting 547 hectares of new grapes sorts;
• purchasing new grapes saplings;
• creating 190 new jobs.

"Burlyuk" enterprise is one of the leading farms in Bakhchisaray district and is among the best enterprises of the industry in Ukraine and the Crimea. "Burlyuk" enterprise owns 1 460 hectares of vineyards, among them 273 hectares - are new plantations of 2001-2003. The enterprise is famous for its leading position in selection of grapes sorts (more than 35 technical and table sorts, some of them unique).

Every year the enterprise harvests and processes more than 10 000 tons of grapes, and makes 900 000 decaliters of high-quality wine out of those. "Burlyuk" delivers its wine materials for further processing to "Inkerman vintage wines factory", "Noviy Svet" Champaign production plant, "Artyomovsk plant of Champaign wines", "Koktebel", "Kharkov plant of Champaign wines", Sevastopol wine plant and others.

"Burlyuk" is actively engaged in gardening development. The enterprise owns more than 300 hectares of gardens and grows peaches, apricots, plums, apples, pears, cherries and cherry-plums. "Burlyuk" was among the first to implement the newest technologies in growing fruit by planting column-like gardens supported by small suspensions and by using drop irrigation systems. Every year the entyerprise grows more than 500 tons of high-quality fruit.

work of the recent five years resulted in:

• grapes harvest increased from 600 tons to 2000 tons a year;
• wine materials production increased from 30 000 to 600 000 decaliters a year;
• number of employees increased by five and is now 181 people;
• a total reconstruction of the plant was held: tanks are substituted with new stainless Bulgarian and Ukrainian ones, 4 Italian lines for grapes processing have been set, filtration workshop was equipped with Italian press-filters, boiler-house was purchased.

"Baherovo" plant is 8 km away from Kerch, close to railway roads, Moscow-Kerch freeway and a sea port.

The plant was rented in 2003. first reconstruction period lasted from October 2003 till October 2004. more than 9 mln UAH was invested into the reconstruction process.

The reconstruction has increased the plant в s capacity to 800 000 bottles.

After the reconstruction the main building includes:

• three workshops: blending, stabilization and rest of cognacs, bottling;
• integrated products storehouse;
• cold store;
• cognac spirits storage was restored;
• engineering communications.

Results of activities since 15.10.2004:

• 8 mln liters of blends for "Klinkov" and "Jean-Jack" cognacs produced;
• 13,1 mln bottles of "Jean-Jack" cognacs produced;
• 87 new jobs.

The plant specializes in producing wines and cognacs under "Golden Amphora", "Klinkov" and "Jean-Jack" trade marks.

The plants capacities:

• tanks - 5 936 835 liters;
• cold store - 330 000 liters.

All tanks are made of German stainless steel.The plant is equipped with:

• washing-machine for bottles - capacity 12 000 bottles/hour;
• rinsing machine - capacity 6 800 bottles/hour;
• filling machine - capacity:
  • 0,5 l - up to 7 500 bottles/hour;
  • 0,7 l - up to 7 500 bottles/hour;
  • 1,5 l - up to 3 000 bottles/hour;
• closing machine - capacity 8 000 bottles/hour;
• screw-wrapping machine - capacity 8 000 bottles/hour;
• machine for plastic discs sticking - capacity 8 000 bottles/hour;
• thermocontracting machine - capacity 6 200 bottles/hour;
• labeling machine - capacity 8 500 bottles/hour;
• line labeling machine - capacity 10 000 bottles/hour.

These equipment and floor spaces allow to let out to 2 million bottles wine-brandy production in a month. Quality of produced goods by LLC "Atlantis" provides highly skilled collective ITR and the industrial personnel.
